How the programme works

From first enquiry to employment — a clear four-step pathway.

Referral & Assessment

We meet with the young person and their family to understand goals, interests, and support needs. An EHC plan must be in place.

Employer Matching

We match the intern to a partner based on their strengths, career interests, and travel needs — across hospitality, retail, admin, digital, and more.

Supported Placement

The intern begins a 6–12 month workplace placement with a dedicated job coach who gradually fades support as independence grows.

4
Employment Outcome

We work with the employer to convert the placement into paid work — or support the intern to secure a role elsewhere with the skills they've built.
