Initial Contact
Professionals, families or local authorities contact the college to discuss a potential placement.
Information Review
We review all relevant documentation to build a full picture of the learner's needs and aspirations.
Visit or Assessment
Where appropriate, learners and families are invited to visit the college.
Consultation
We consider whether we can appropriately meet need and support positive learner outcomes.
Transition Planning
Where placements proceed, we support a structured transition process.
